The point of modifying the system was to stop the abuse correct? You only modified the system the abused rep is still there. You should have wiped it so that the rep that people have now was actually earned not given by friends +1in spam threads :D.

I was confused about what you meant. Thought you meant wipe = remove, not wipe = restart.
