Care to explain to us the flaw in the picture?

Looks quite grainy around the text, but you're right. Who am I to judge? I guess it gives something to look forward to, like maybe someday "I" could find a chest, or maybe someday "I" could score one of those fancy glowy weapons, or maybe someday "I" could reliably get into a KQ...

If i get a chance, maybe on my lunchbreak here, i'll paintbrush up a nice fake ring for FF.

Firstly, no double posting please.

Secondly, I can very well create a fake ring as well. Anyone who knows how to use paint or photoshop can do one. However, like I said, innocent until proven guilty. I do not want to see any flaming in here unless there is solid proof.

The grain around the text can be explained by the fact that the image is saved in JPG, and you will notice grains in other un-related parts of the picture as well.

You know I have to paste my screenies into paint since my screenshot button is broke. I'll take one now and test it to see if it does the grainy text thing. Pretty sure it does. But either way, I doubt they'd go through all that trouble to invent an item just to post in a thread. >_>

::sheesh:: Sorry about the double post. And yes yes, sorry about the flame. I was simply stating that that image looked a little suspicious to my completely untrained and non-expert eye. Isn't there a constitutional ammendment for that or something...

And you're also right, innocent until proven guilty. Especially when blaahs says "why go thru all the trouble?" Maybe they pulled this off a different website, maybe it's legit, maybe it was changed b/c the text was in a different language, maybe paint jacks up the text?

Bottom line: Anakreon, sorry I called your ring a fake. It sure is a tough world out there huh?

Any pictures of stats for King Boogy Staff, Mutant Wolf Bow or Mutant Ratman Sword? Also, do they look any different when equipped?

Pretty sure my friend got the boogy staff, not sure if he still has it but I'll ask him as soon as I can.

You are right. Actually it's: open Paintbrush -> CTRL+V -> quick cutting to decrease file size -> CTRL+C -> file - new -> CTRL+V -> save as jpg.

Sorry, but I tend to forget using photoshop for ingame screenshots =(.

I've the feeling that green and blue rares are not bound to a specific monster. I guess it's kind of 1/10000 drops something special ><
