But anyway, it's like a complicated thing and off topic so I won't go into it. D: |
I assure you, you're not BORN gay, straight, lesbian, etc. You make that choice some where along your life. Certain events in your life will effect your decision but ultimately you make the choice to be gay or lesbian or whatever. I wasn't born bisexual, I eventually made the choice to become bisexual. In my opinion, the only people against same sex marriages where ever are those overly religious ignorant morons who believe God or whom ever exists and governs everything. And if you don't do what they believe God would approve of you're doomed to Hell no matter what. Can't stand those kind of people. Just my two cents... again. :P

i understand that u hv more idea than us about whether you're gay, straight, les or bi...
but... can u speak for the entire population? in your opinion? i'm just curious |

I reckon that whether an individual is gay or not may be based on either genetics or lifestyle influences. Things like this can be caused by a bit of both. |

I know this is a weird story, but my sisters friend always wanted a daughter, but she ended up with a son. For the first 3 years of his life, she passed him off as a girl. Dressing him as a girl, and letting him grow his hair out. He ended up gay. I know its not exactly from birth, but it could help prove that it could be other things from way earlier on in life that influenced it. |
i would think sexual preference is similar to personality... u're born with a type of personality... and it changes a bit with the way u're brought up...
something like that... |

But on your example... it could just be a coincidence. Not saying that it is but its a possibility. |
the thing is.. how do u know the kid wont grow up to be gay if he was treated more like a boy? XD

As usual, people have led this way off topic. This thread was about having same-gender marriages in game, not what makes you gay in the first place. orz |
but there were ppl that said the terminology they used is "lover" and not "marriage"
i think that makes a difference... coz u can be lovers without being married... i can see why they may be more reluctant in implementing same sex "marriage"... but i thought it'll be much easier ease those other moral minds that u can hv same sex "lovers"... i guess u can bend the terms a bit and say "we're sisters and we love each other so we've register as "lovers".... just maybe... |
